Noel D. Wisegarver

USTAX CREDITS's helm is lead by Noel Wisegarver. With over 20 years finance and tax-related experience, Wisegarver has developed his tax credits specialty along the way mastering the myriad complexities of untapped capital and tax credits that would otherwise go unclaimed. Understanding the need for professionals dedicated to this complicated yet invaluable forte of identifying and claiming tax credits, Wisegarver has dedicated his career to developing an area of expertise that didn't previously exist.

Straight out of the gate, Wisegarver graduated from San Diego State University to start with a Global Fortune 30 (USA) global company's business division. Breaking the first of many barriers throughout his career, he took on positions previously held only by professionals with law degrees or MBA's.

Armed with invaluable experience and following his entrepreneurial spirit, Wisegarver founded his tax consulting practice in 1994. Within five years he had grown the business to be the largest in the area, representing cases totaling billions of dollars.

Having increased his team size by 50% in Q1 2004, he has paved the way for increased service, new opportunities and continued growth. His successful team of credit consultants is driven by Wisegarver's enthusiasm and vision, and his winning formula has resulted in unmatched savings for their clients.

Working off of his “people first” philosophy, Wisegarver focuses both internally and externally. Internally, when it comes to his team of specialists, his management philosophy includes:

Wisegarver’s inner drive is to convey the company’s philosophy to clients. He enjoys making a believer out of clients, especially at the moment they hold their first of many substantial checks. In order to get there, he focuses a significant portion of his time on researching tax credit opportunities and then utilizing a significant amount of people-power through innovative brainstorming.
